Transfer Betting Odds – Will Bale, Suarez and Rooney stay or go?

It’s been a long summer of speculation, but still many of the players rumoured to move on this summer remain at their original clubs.  With the daily back page headlines filled with rumours of moves, with Rooney, Suarez and Bale seemingly swapping back pages, we take a look at the current odds to see if there’s any value to be had.

Gareth Bale Transfer Betting Odds

The odds are shortening that Gareth Bale will now remain at Spurs, people obviously believing that Tottenham are going to hold firm and that Real won’t pay the £105m fee being demanded.  This one could run and run until the last day of the window, today’s latest rumour is that Real don’t have the funds to go to a world breaking fee and Tottenham won’t take anything less, so we could have stalemate here. 7/4 from BetVictor that he stays therefore looks quite tasty.

To leave Tottenham During Summer Transfer Window

Leave Tottenham 8/15 (Skybet)

Stay at Tottenham 7/4 (BetVictor)

Wayne Rooney Transfer Betting Odds

Wayne Rooney looks severely unsettled at Manchester United, it seems quite hard to see him remaining at the club.  it seems likely he will want to remain in England to be close to his family, so for that reason Chelsea have to be favourites, though don’t discount Arsenal if they miss out on Suarez. A straight bet on Rooney to leave United at 4/6 with Coral seems a decent enough price.

To leave Manchester United During Summer Transfer Window

Leave Man United 4/6 (Coral)

Stay at Man United 6/4 (Skybet)

Club After Summer Window

Chelsea 4/5 (Ladbrokes)

Man United 5/4 (William Hill)

Arsenal 11/1 (Skybet)

Bayern Munich 16/1 (William Hill)

Paris SG 20/1 (Skybet)

Real Madrid 25/1 (Skybet)

Luis Suarez Transfer Betting Odds

Liverpool really seem to be digging their heels in over Suarez, but he is kicking up such a stink at the club that surely it would now be best for them to sell him – get on at 6/5 with Paddy Power that he’ll be at another club by the end of the summer window.

As for which club he joins, it’s clear that he wants to go to Arsenal to avoid the persecution of the English media… oh wait a minute?!  Real Madrid could be a live outsider for this one at 4/1, especially as Arsenal have a habit of missing out on their targets such as Higuain who ended up at Napoli after Arsenal’s daudling over a fee.  If Real do miss out on Bale, expect them to still want a marquee signing and Suarez could fit the bill.

Luis Suarez Still there after Summer transfer window

Still at Liverpool Evs (Stan James)

At another club 6/5 (Paddy Power)

Club After Summer Window

Liverpool 5/4 (William Hill)

Arsenal 11/8 (Ladbrokes)

Real Madrid 4/1 (William Hill)

Bayern Munich 16/1 (Skybet)

Chelsea 33/1 (Betfred)

Transfer Treble Special

BetVictor are offering a treble special market for Bale, Rooney and Suarez to stay or go.  The odds are as follows:

Bale, Rooney and Suarez to all leave 11/4

Bale, Rooney and Suarez to all stay 7/1

There could be some value in them all to stay if you believe the clubs will win the day, 7/1 seems quite a big price.
